I agree that the explanation was a bit confusing, but i think what he means by raw material is that its the raw material of that product, for example raw longjack, not filler, thus as the ratio gets higher, the more potent the product is- so a 100:1 ratio of a product that has say 500mg means its alot more concentrated, which is good, than a 10:1
